You will need this file open if you are listening to the proceedings as the answers, never mind the questions, will not be read out loud.

Are we going to get a transcript of these questions? I see there are comments from the ABC about them not being well handled – but I haven’t read what was said. And I would like to.

Yes, I will publish a full report on the Questions, Answers, and Apology, but it won’t be possible until Monday at the earliest.

Fr Thomas Seville CR gets this session’s “Jo Spreadbury Prize” for flushing out the truth. His supplementary to Q.14 (answered by the Bishop of Truro) revealed that there was not one professional theologian in the room when the Green Report was being compiled. I find it arrogant beyond words that Tim Thornton thought it was remotely satisfactory to stand before Synod and answer by saying that he, James Langstaff, Lee Rayfield, John Sentamu, and Justin Welby were the theologians present.
