Yes, the St. Andrews version of a covenant has something for everyone. For the conservatives it provides a process that promises to discipline liberals; for liberals, it provides a process so cumbersome that no matter what concerns are brought up they would never make their way through the process in the lifetimes of the people involved.
Bigger diagram needed FrSimmons, even when clicked upon. But that’s about the simplicity of it.
