Unbiblical?
The Primate of Uganda does NOT think that there are three equal moratoria; we have it in writing. When will the rest of the Anglican Communion wake up to this. There is no willingness to arrive at any settlement other than total submission to the views which he, and his allies, hold.
For once let’s hope that Dr Williams stands firm. Let Archbishop Orombi act as he thinks fit and let others now go ahead with the consecration of honest gay men and women to the episcopate.

That seems to be Global South code for “We don’t like it.”
“it is also a voice for the almost 100,000 orthodox Anglicans in North America who have been persecuted by TEC (The Episcopal Church) and the Anglican Church of Canada, who will not be represented by their delegations to ACC-14, and who will not otherwise have voice or seat at the table of the ACC.””
So, how long did it take for him to put on his persecuted martyr clothes?
Orombi’s latest letter is the same old spin doctoring we have heard from conservative realignment folks, nearly from the public beginning, if not even still yet earlier as described in the schemes and planning documents of outside rightwing USA entities like the Institute for Religion and Democracy (which actually held little respect, either for world religions, or for western and emerging democracies). He has called faithful Christians apostates, denied their faith, and falsely accused them of persecution.
