The Archbishop of Canterbury has made several media interventions to talk about the abduction of over 200 Nigerian schoolgirls by Boko Haram.

Presumably he’s now advising girls in England to stay home from school, on the grounds that their receiving a western education upsets Boko Haram and places girls in Nigeria in danger? And if not, why not?

Sadly, he seriously damaged his credibility with the uncorroborated claptrap that gay tolerance “far, far away in America” caused a massacre.
