I wish Bishop Kevin all the best for his retirement. Although I am based in Ireland I have a close affinity with (and abiding love for) the SEC, particularly in Glasgow. Bishop Kevin has served with panache and distinction.

And now…Kelvin for Glasgow!

I knew Kevin when he was a student at Leeds in the 1970s.I have some recollection that when I paid a visit to the University in 1982, about five years after I left it, Kevin was on the chaplaincy staff. Perhaps Kevin himself could correct me if I am wrong there. Much more recently, I recall seeing him in the procession at the consecration of Bishop Gillies at St Andrew’s Cathedral, Aberdeen, in 2007.
