Ian Paul’s article is useful for all of us likely to be interviewed on Sky News during this pandemic. We must remember not to tell viewers what ‘man’ is doing to fight this horrible disease. Concentrating on doctors, nurses, scientists and countless others in this battle is obviously anthropocentric. Telling people what Jesus is doing to lower the R rate is far more informative and is likely to raise the profile of evangelicals over the mundane activities of mere mortals seeking a vaccine.
